Colombia's 2021 National Strike was a landmark event in the country's recent history of social mobilization and was characterized by innovative forms of political action, especially led by young people. From a life on the border and using a pluriversal decolonial methodology, this study analyzes its contribution to the construction of social peace from the perspective of geography, history, political philosophy, and social movements in Colombia. Based on the approaches of Arendt, Butler, and Mouffe, the understanding of political action is limited in terms of comprehending the multiple forms of resistance and re-existence that emerged in the protests. For this reason, the study of the National Strike is approached from the perspective of Zibechi's societies in movement, with the aim of analyzing the territorialized practices of self-management, care, popular education, and artistic expressions that took place in the streets.
