| Περιγραφή: | En español En este estudio conjunto, el profesor español especialista en la materia y el coordinador del Departamento de Derechos Humanos del Instituto, enfocan la protección de los derechos humanos en el campo internacional desde el punto de vista del individuo como sujeto de derechos. Luego de hacer un análisis comparativo de los sistemas de las Naciones Unidas, la Organización de la Unidad Africana, la Organización de Estados Americanos, la Liga de Estados Arabes y la Unión Europea; los autores centran su trabajo en las posibilidades abiertas al individuo en el marco del Convenio Europeo de Derechos Humanos y su Protocolo Adicional Nº 9. En inglés In this combined study, the Spanish professor expert in human rights and the coordinator of the Departament of Human Rights of our Institute, examine the protection of human rights in the international field from the point of view of the individual as subject of rights. Then, they analyze comparatively the United Nations', the African the Inter-american, and the Arabic systems. Finally, they focus their work on the possibilities open to the individual in the European Convention on Human Rights and its Additional Protocol number 9. |
