| Description: | The author believes that the most radical reverse in the domestic regional policy of the last time is its turn to the East. Besides it is evident that the and cons of the increasing export-orientedness of the Far East economy are least analyzed. It leads to that the status «raw-material appendage» of other countries, primarily China, becomes more stable in Russia. The author formulates a number of the offers directed on transition to the supplement of resource-based economy by diversified production that will allow Russia to gain the necessary potential of economic independence. |
