Περιγραφή: This preprint presents a unified theoretical framework integrating classical and quantum models of information processing through the lens of Expectation-Outcome Divergence (EOD) and Reverse Expectation-Outcome Divergence (REOD). Building upon recent developments in quantum information theory and consciousness research, this work establishes the Law of Observation as a fundamental principle governing cognitive disruption across both classical neural mechanisms and quantum-enhanced information processing systems. The framework integrates the Cebiophical Adjusted State Quotient (CASQ) as a universal stability metric:CASQ = k × CEO × SF × SCwhere CEO (Cellular Energy Output), SF (Synchronization Factor), and SC (Structural Complexity) represent the biophysical substrate supporting information processing. Key Contributions: Theoretical Unification: First comprehensive framework integrating classical and quantum models of cognitive information processing under a single theoretical umbrella Mathematical Formalization: Rigorous mathematical treatment of EOD/REOD effects in both classical and quantum contexts, with testable predictions Universal Stability Metric: CASQ provides quantitative assessment of cognitive stability across different theoretical paradigms Empirical Protocols: Comprehensive experimental validation protocols for distinguishing between classical and quantum mechanisms Practical Applications: Framework enables development of new technologies for consciousness assessment, mental health treatment, and AI development The work demonstrates that cognitive stability depends critically on maintaining balanced CASQ values regardless of the underlying classical or quantum substrate, with implications for understanding human consciousness, developing robust AI systems, and advancing quantum information processing technologies. Both models predict similar critical CASQ thresholds and recovery mechanisms through Predictive Inversion (Pi). Empirical Validation: The paper outlines three-phase validation protocols ...
