У статті з’ясовано особливості поняття технічного переоснащення машинобудівного підприємства та надано його визначення. Розглянуто особливості управління та ключові аспекти забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства на засадах його технічного та технологічного переозброєння. Акцентована важливість такого фактора як технологія, а також розглянуто її особливості та аспекти формування в розрізі теорії технологічних укладів та технологічного важеля. ; The article determines the features of the concept of technical re-equipment of machine-building enterprises and its definition. The features of management and the key aspects of sustainable development on the basis of its technical and technological rearmament. Accented the importance of such factors as technology, and also reviewed its features and aspects of formation in the context of the theory of technolog ical paradigms and technological wages. It is proved that the management processes adaptation of enterprises to market conditions greatly impact the dynamics of the intensification of the globalization of economic processes, the transformation of these processes and the command-administrative system. Uncertainty and lack of transparency of changes in forms of ownership, excessive liberalization of foreign economic relations in the conditions of insufficient filling of the innovation technologies and products, lack of experience of decentralized management and development of organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of activity of participants of socio-economic processes has led to a significant drop in production volumes, the decline in living standards of the majority of the population and the negative effects in the functioning of the internal environment of enterprises. |
