| Περιγραφή: | The increasing demand for massive data processing has driven interest in multifunctional, reconfigurable logic platforms with enhanced information capacity, security, compact size, and expanded functionality. However, current logic platforms often suffer from complex configurations, limited functionality, and low security. In this work, we propose a logic platform based on a ReSe 2 homojunction photodetector, offering reconfigurability, multifunctionality, and high security. The platform enables the implementation of arbitrary logic gates and image transmission through dynamically reconfigurable programming of the channel doping state to modify logic inputs. Additionally, multidimensional encryption is realized by switching logical states using input signals from different dimensions, including electrical and optical domains. The device exhibits outstanding optoelectronic performance, including a high rectification ratio of 3.35 × 10 6 , an ultralow dark current (<50 pA), a high responsivity of 40.8 A/W, and a specific detectivity of 1.5 × 10 13 Jones. This study broadens the conceptual framework for advanced logic applications and provides a prototype device for the next generation of integrated logic platforms. |
