| Περιγραφή: | The educational process of higher education considers the learning process in a complex of information and training, developmental, moral and psychological functions. An axiom that has been tested by the entire history of mankind is the statement: a person – is the main value, the measure of everything in the life of society.In the context of organizing the educational process in a higher military educational institution, academic staff should learn to see a cadet as a person, understand the complexity and versatility of his or her inner world, identify his or her inherited and acquired abilities and prospects, create the most favorable conditions for development, distinguish the essence of deeds and actions, feelings, emotions and motives. Only under such conditions can a teacher effectively manage the process of training, development and education of a cadet as a person, control this process, and make appropriate incentives and adjustments. The main psychological and pedagogical prerequisites for improving the quality of education in a higher military educational institution include: consideration of the cadet’s personality as a future military specialist – the main value orientation in the activities of a higher military school; problems of motivation to study in a higher military educational institution; individualization and differentiation of the educational process; age characteristics of cadets and their role in becoming a professional military serviceman. One of the important prerequisites for improving the quality of the educational process is the intensification of cadets’ educational and cognitive activity, which involves: intensification of cadets’ educational and cognitive activity; ensuring cadets’ moral and psychological readiness for future military and professional activities; taking into account the peculiarities of the activities of a teacher of a higher military educational institution.In the training of future officers, special attention is paid to the problem of motivation and taking into ... |
