Description: SEMCON is a semiconductor damage-data-reduction computer code that analyzes various semiconductor devices. The code evaluates semiconductor devices by giving the following information: (1) determination of damage--the failure or nonfailure of a device; (2) calculation of power, energy, and impedance; (3) least-squares fits of specific damage curves to chosen data; (4) selection of the best least-squares fit; and (5) log-log plots of least-squares fits. This report details the development and capabilities of SEMCON, as well as the procedures for using the code. (Author)
