| Περιγραφή: | У статті розглядаються проблеми підготовки студентів освітньої програми міжнародна інформація засобами інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій, що надзвичайно актуальні у складній ситуації, яка пов’язана з карантинними обмеженнями та дистанційним навчання у закладах вищої освіти. Виявлено та доведено доцільність і практичність методів використання інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій у навчальному процесі для ефективності засвоєння знань студентів та перетворення їх у компетентності. Закладено обґрунтоване твердження безапеляційного прагнення до укорінення європейської інноваційно-технологічної освітньої моделі, що забезпечує самореалізацію особистості в процесі навчання. Використання інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій під час викладання теоретичних основ професійної інформації студентам педагогічного університету надає можливості поєднати в собі науково обґрунтовану систему дій, операцій та процедур, які забезпечують цілеспрямоване й поетапне впровадження різних видів педагогічних нововведень, що викликають позитивні зміни в педагогічному процесі, модернізують і трансформують його. Інноваційні технології системи підготовки до майбутньої професійної діяльності засобами інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій фахівців закладів вищої освіти перебувають під впливом багатьох складових, частина яких потребує структурних змін у ній, інші – змістових, технологічно-цифрових. Реалізація завдань з підготовки практичних фахівців засобами інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій у цифрову епоху системи сучасної професійної підготовки залежить від змістового наповнення самого процесу підготовки та перспективи її розвитку, які, у свою чергу, значною мірою залежать від політики держави у цій сфері. У багатьох країнах міжнародного простору (Великій Британії, Німеччині, Польщі та інших) державна освітня політика з підготовки фахівців нового, цифрового формату, спрямовує свій інноваційний потенціал з інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій на розвиток професійного і загальнокультурного рівня населення у сфері економіки, поліпшення суспільного соціуму, на допомогу окремо взятому студенту. The article is about the problems of preparing students of the educational program international information by means of information and computer technologies, which are extremely relevant in a difficult situation related to quarantine restrictions and distance learning in higher education institutions. This article reveals the methods of using the information and computer technologies in the educational process for the effectiveness of students' knowledge acquisition and their transformation into competence. There is a well-founded statement of the undisputed desire to implement the European innovation and technological educational model, which ensures self-realization of the individual in the learning process. The use of information and computer technology in teaching the theoretical foundations of professional information to students of pedagogical university provides an opportunity to combine a scientifically sound system of actions, operations and procedures that provide targeted and phased implementation of various types of pedagogical innovations that cause positive changes in the pedagogical process. modernize and transform it. Innovative technologies of the system of preparation for future professional activity by means of information and computer technologies of specialists of higher education institutions are under the influence of many components, some of which need structural changes in it, others – semantic, technological and digital. The implementation of tasks for the training of practitioners by means of information and computer technology in the digital age of modern vocational training depends on the content of the training process and prospects for its development, which, in turn, largely depend on government policy in this area. |
