| Περιγραφή: | The study explores the continuous evolution of educational terminology, a process that has significantly intensified in recent years due to advancements in computer and information technologies, globalization and international collaboration. The ongoing development of educational terminology has influenced the ranking of term nominations according to their emergence into older and newer categories. Additionally, the presence of not only narrow-field, but also interdisciplinary, as well as general scientific terms in the analyzed material can be attributed to processes of secondary nomination. The research establishes that one of the most productive ways of creating new terminological units is hybridization, which is the combination of elements originating from different languages. It is demonstrated that professional terminology of educators includes not only multi-word term combinations, but also numerous one-word term designations, particularly composits and juxtapositions, which are formed through hybridization. The hybrid terms given in the article testify to the incorporation of elements from multiple languages.The study identifies two mechanisms of hybrid term formation: (1) the combination of foreign language components; (2) the integration of foreign language elements with Ukrainian components. A foreign language component in hybrid terms containing a specific Ukrainian element can be both prepositive and postpositive. The components online, offline, media, and STEM stand out with the highest frequency among hybrid terms in the field of education. The findings of the analysis offer practical implications for multiple areas: first, in studying the spelling of words containing foreign language components; second, in teaching terminology; and third, in teaching Ukrainian derivatology, as hybrid terms provide illustrative material to study morphological word formation processes. У статті з’ясовано, що становлення терміноскладу сфери освіти є неперервним процесом, значно інтенсифікованим протягом останніх років, що зумовлено розвитком комп’ютерної техніки, інформаційних технологій, процесами глобалізації та міжнародних контактів. Неперервність, тривалість формування терміноскладу сфери освіти вплинули на ранжування термінономінацій відповідно до часу появи конкретних термінів– давні і нові; процесами вторинної номінації можна пояснити наявність посеред аналізованого матеріалу не лише вузькогалузевих, а й міжгалузевих і навіть загальнонаукових термінів. Установлено, що одним із продуктивних способів творення нових терміноодиниць є гібридизація– поєднання елементів, що походять з різних мов. Доведено, що фахова термінологія освітян, крім терміносполучень, містить чимало однослівних термінономінацій, з-поміж яких зафіксовані– композити та юкстапозити,– утворені за допомогою гібридизації. Наведені в статті терміни-гібриди засвідчують використання елементів з різних мов.Виявлено, що гібридне термінотворення виявляє себе двома способами: 1) від іншомовних компонентів; 2) від іншомовного та українського компонента. Іншомовний компонент у гібридних термінах з питомим українським елементом може бути і препозитивним, і постпозитивним. Найбільшою частотою в гібридних термінах зі сфери освіти вирізняються компоненти онлайн, офлайн, медіа, STEM.Результати аналізу гібридних термінів фахової мови освітян можуть стати в пригоді, по-перше, під час дослідження правопису слів з іншомовними компонентами, по-друге, у процесі викладання термінології та, по-третє, під час викладання української дериватології, тому що містять ілюстративний матеріал для вивчення морфологійних способів словотвору. |
