В статье дается определение понятия «лицо несовершеннолетнего корыстно-насильственного преступника». Рассматриваются вопросы разработанности проблематики личности несовершеннолетнего корыстно-насильственного преступника на современном этапе развития криминологической науки. У статті визначається поняття «особа неповнолітнього корисливо-насильницького злочинця». Розглядаються питання щодо розробленості проблематики особистості неповнолітнього корисливо-насильницького злочинця на сучасному етапі розвитку кримінологічної науки.
