| Περιγραφή: | The article examines the humanistic component of higher medical education, which integrates knowledge about the moral aspects of society; shapes the emotional state of the individual, based on motives of compassion, empathy, and awareness of social responsibility for actions; and defines behavior and actions in situations of moral choice, regardless of the circumstances in which individuals find themselves. Humanization is the process of inspiring all conditions of life and work, the entire content of educational and developmental activities, and all types and forms of relationships within educational institutions with a human-centric spirit. The processes of humanization are much broader and more complex, as they involve the moral and psychological transformation of an individual, the internal reorientation of spiritual values, the recognition of one’s own dignity and the value of others, as well as the development of a sense of responsibility and connection to the past, present, and future. Thus, educational reforms should focus not only on the field itself but also on education, aiming to enhance the target-oriented and motivational-stimulating components, specifically the cognitive component of creativity and critical thinking; fostering professional culture and emotional intelligence; developing perseverance and willpower; emphasizing the importance of theoretical knowledge and practical skills; encouraging the desire to overcome challenges and solve complex problems; instilling the foundations of self-dignity and respect for the dignity of every patient. It is necessary to view the axiologization of medical education as a paradigm of renewed humanistic values and attitudes toward the individual, as the system of personal values and humanistic characteristics of relationships is being actualized. Therefore, the development of the individual should be considered as the primary goal of higher education, which is characterized by the ability of self-actualization. У статті розглянуто гуманістичну компоненту вищої медичної освіти, що об’єднує знання про моральні норми суспільства; формує емоційно-ціннісну сферу особистості, спираючись на мотиви співпереживання, емпатії та усвідомлення соціальної відповідальності за власні дії; визначає поведінку і вчинки у ситуаціях морального вибору незалежно від обставин, у яких перебуває людина. Отже, фундаменталізація, гуманізація та гуманітаризація вищої освіти розглядаються як взаємопов’язані елементи. |
