| Description: | The article analyzes the peculiarities of the activity of Ukrainian library institutions and their adaptation in the conditions of Russian aggression. The specifics of the activities of domestic libraries and the important tasks of librarianship, which are relevant at the moment, are considered, because the library occupies an important place in the structure of scientific communications, because it is a chain that ensures the transfer and transformation of information in the process of scientific and informational activities. The modern realities of staff members of the libraries ofUkraine, who showed a high level of knowledge, an extremely high level of communication, a quick response to events, professional mobility and the ability to change, as well as recording, systematization, and preservation of information highlighting important events, were studied. They once again confirmed that Ukrainian libraries are part of the national information system, they provide access to knowledge and information for all citizens, participate in the political, economic, social and cultural development oftheir territories, support ethnic, cultural, linguistic and religious diversity, cultural self-determination and identity. A characteristic feature of library activity is singled out, namely, its dynamics associated with changes in information resources and technologies. Attention is drawn to the preservation of cultural heritage, the peculiarities of the use of electronic resources for the organization of work in wartime conditions, and attention is also emphasized to the fact that global support of libraries is needed both at the level of state power and at the level of world communities, as a whole. Therefore, a very important part of this information flow is the issue of library solidarity: various support and popularization actions, the specifics of fund replenishment or exhibition activities in the context of war and other practices implemented by world libraries and not only. У статті проаналізовано особливості діяльності та адаптації українських бібліотечних установ в умовах російської агресії. Розглянуто специфіку роботи вітчизняних бібліотек і важливі завдання бібліотекознавства. Зауважено, що бібліотека посідає важливе місце у структурі наукових комунікацій, оскільки є ланцюгом, що забезпечує передавання й трансформацію інформації у процесі науково-інформаційної діяльності. Досліджено сучасні реалії роботи працівників бібліотек України, які демонструють високий рівень знань і комунікації, спроможність швидко реагувати на події, професійну мобільність, готовність до змін, а також здатність у складних умовах сьогодення ефективно здійснювати фіксацію, систематизацію й збереження інформації. Наголошено, що українські бібліотеки є частиною національної інформаційної системи, адже забезпечують доступ до знань та інформації для всіх громадян, беруть участь у політичному, економічному, соціальному й культурному розвитку регіонів, підтримують етнічну, культурну, мовну й релігійну різноманітність, культурне самовизначення та самобутність. Виокремлено характерну ознаку бібліотечної діяльності, зокрема динаміку, пов'язану зі змінами інформаційних ресурсів і технологій. Увагу зосереджено на особливостях використання електронних ресурсів в організації роботи бібліотек в умовах воєнного часу. Акцентовано на вагомому значенні збереження культурної спадщини, що потребує глобальної підтримки діяльності бібліотек на рівні державної влади зокрема та світових спільнот загалом. Зауважено, що у цьому контексті важливим є питання бібліотечної солідарності: проведення акцій підтримки, популяризація вітчизняних бібліотечних установ, специфіка поповнення фондів чи виставкової діяльності в контексті війни, упровадження корисного практичного досвіду світових бібліотек тощо. |
