| Description: | У статті проаналізовано елементи цифрового інформаційного потенціалу регіону. Наголошено, що за умов переходу від традиційного до цифрового соціокомунікативного простору, потреби розвитку високотехнологічного виробництва, формування цифрової економіки регіону проблема акумуляції, зберігання, вдосконалення та ефективного використання бібліотечно-інформаційного потенціалу, особливо на місцевому та регіональному рівнях, є надзвичайно актуальною. Уточнено склад і структуру бібліотечно-інформаційного потенціалу як невіддільного складника інтелектуального капіталу й цифрової економіки регіону. Визначено стартовий (внутрішній) та інтеграційний (зовнішній) різновиди бібліотечно-інформаційного потенціалу. Розглянуто бібліотечно-інформаційний потенціал м. Дніпра та області в системі цифрового складника інформаційного потенціалу регіону. Схарактеризовано його сучасний стан і перспективи розвитку в умовах цифровізації регіону. Запропоновано інноваційну модель розбудови бібліотечно-інформаційного потенціалу регіону, результатом упровадження якої може стати: створення регіонального консолідованого інформаційного ресурсу з єдиним форматом подання даних на базі сучасних цифрових платформ; підвищення ефективності використання бібліотечно-інформаційного потенціалу завдяки його синхронізації з процесами формування й застосування інформаційного та інтелектуального ресурсів регіону. The article analyzes the elements of digital information potential of the region. It is emphasized that today in the transition from traditional to digital socio-communicative space, the need for high-tech production, digital economy of the region, the problem of formation, storage, development and effective use of library and information potential, especially at local and regional levels, is extremely relevant. The composition and structure of the library and information potential as an integral part of the intellectual capital and digital economy of the region have been clarified. The starting (internal) and integration (external) types of library and information potential are determined. The library and information potential of Dnipro and the region in the system of digital component of information potential is considered. Its current state and prospects of further development in the conditions of digitalization of the region are characterized. An innovative model of building library and information potential of the region is proposed, the implementation of which may result in: creation of a regional consolidated information resource with a single data presentation format based on modern digital platforms, improving the efficiency of library and information potential by synchronizing it with and intellectual potential of the region. |
