| Περιγραφή: | Introduction. The necessity of substantiating the methodological foundations for the development of management competence of officers in the system of postgraduate education. Purpose. To substantiate the methodological foundations of the development of management competence of officers in the system of postgraduate education. Methods. To solve the research tasks, theoretical research methods were used - systematic analysis of scientific sources on the development of managerial competence of officers, synthesis, specification and generalisation of scientific sources on the problem of the article, classification and specification of research results for our sample. Results. The article substantiates the management competence of officers and presents it as their professionally important mental formation, which contains value-motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional, organisational-managerial and subjective components, the content of which is made up of management values and motivation, knowledge, skills, abilities, professionally important qualities, professional subjectivity in the military management system. The article presents the influence of modern combat experience of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the management activities of officers, which stimulates the constant, systematic and at the same time contextual development of their management competence as subjects of military management. Originality. Modern methodological approaches to the development of management competence of officers in the system of postgraduate education are substantiated - systemic, competence, contextual, subjective, informational. Conclusion. It has been found that scientists pay little attention to the study of the development of managerial competence of officers by means of simulation modelling in the system of postgraduate education, which actualises the problem of the article and the need for its development in accordance with the leading ideas of systemic, competence, subjective-activity, informational, contextual methodological approaches. We believe that further scientific research can be aimed at defining the content and designing the structure of management competence of tactical and operational command and control officers, developing and specifying criteria and indicators for diagnosing its development in the system of postgraduate education. У статті обґрунтовано управлінську компетентність офіцерів та її представлено як їх професійно важливе психічне утворення, що містить ціннісно-мотиваційний, когнітивний, емоційно-вольовий, організаційно-управлінський і суб’єктний компоненти, зміст яких складають управлінські цінності та мотивація, знання, навички, уміння, професійно-важливі якості, професійна суб’єктність у системі військового управління. З’ясовано вплив сучасного бойового досвіду Збройних сил України на управлінську діяльність офіцерів тактичної та оперативної ланок військового управління, що безпосередньо детермінує та стимулює постійний, системний і водночас контекстний розвиток їх управлінської компетентності. Обґрунтовані сучасні методологічні підходи щодо розвитку управлінської компетентності офіцерів у системі післядипломної освіти – системний, компетентнісний, контекстний, суб’єктно-діяльнісний, інформаційний. |
