| Περιγραφή: | The basic elements of the mechanism of cost management of the ship production have been considered. The effective use of enterprise resources is possible through the systematic development of the system of the organizational and technical measures aimed at the costs reduction. All the measures for the costs reduction are closely interrelated and complex where each of them is in the relationship with the whole set of elements of the ship production. The production characteristics of the ship repair enterprise are justified, the analysis of the factors which determine the level of costs is conducted. The types of ship repair work, the stages of the preparation of vessels for repair that allows one to schedule the expenditures for the formation of the production program are determined. The structure of production of the ship repair enterprise is given. The characteristics of the production costs are considered. Three types of calculation are used at the ship repair enterprises: cost, estimated, estimating (technical) and cost-information. It allows developing the effective mechanism for the cost management of the ship repair projects, the production process of the ship repair enterprise. It would ensure the improvement of the management quality and the competitiveness of the ship repair enterprise. Изложены основные элементы механизма управления затратами судоремонтного производства и производственные особенности судоремонтного предприятия; проведен анализ факторов, которые определяют уровень затрат, что позволяет разработать эффективный механизм управления затратами проектов ремонта судна, производственным процессом судоремонтного предприятия. Викладено основні елементи механізму управління витратами судноремонтного виробництва та виробничі особливості судноремонтного підприємства; проведено аналіз факторів, які визначають рівень витрат, що дозволяє розробити ефективний механізм управління витратами проектів ремонту судна, а також виробничим процессом судноремонтного пыдприэмствами. |
