| Περιγραφή: | This article examines the implementation of military medical terminology and specific medical definitions in legislative and regulatory acts, doctrinal and guiding documents related to the healthcare of military personnel and the medical support of defence forces, identifying inconsistencies in their formation and application. It is argued that establishing unified approaches to the formation and application of medical terminology in military medicine, which would ensure a common understanding of their essence, tasks, measures, and actions they define, and enshrining them in legislative and regulatory acts on military healthcare, as well as in doctrinal and guiding documents on medical support of troops (forces), is the foundation for effective management of medical support for defence forces and a prerequisite for providing high-quality medical care to wounded, affected, injured, and ill military personnel. У статті досліджено впровадження військово-медичної термінології та окремих медичних дефініцій у законодавчих і нормативно-правових актах, доктринальних і керівних документах щодо охорони здоров’я військовослужбовців та медичного забезпечення сил оборони і виявлено розбіжності в їхньому формуванні та застосуванні. Стверджується, що встановлення єдиних підходів до формування і застосування медичної термінології у військовій медицині, що забезпечували б єдине розуміння їхніх сутності, завдань, заходів і дій, які вони визначають, та закріплення її в законодавчих і нормативно-правових актах з питань охорони здоров’я військовослужбовців, доктринальних і керівних документах з питань медичного забезпечення військ (сил) є основою ефективного управління медичним забезпеченням сил оборони та запорукою надання якісної медичної допомоги пораненим, ураженим, травмованим і хворим військовослужбовцям. |
