| Description: | The pedagogical conditions of the future music art teachers’ readiness formation for self-development in vocal and pedagogical activity are considered in the article. An analysis of the researchers’ scientific works clarified the meaning of “pedagogical conditions”, which is the circumstances associated with the organization of the educational process in higher education, aimed at developing professional knowledge, skills, readiness for self-development in vocal and pedagogical activities. In this regard, a set of pedagogical conditions is identified and characterized which increase the future music art teachers’ readiness level for self-development in vocal and pedagogical activities: 1) creating an artistic and educational environment in higher education institutions to form the future music art teachers’ readiness for self-development in vocal and pedagogical activities; 2) actualization of interdisciplinary integration and its program-methodical support in the process of the future music art teachers’ readiness formation for self-development in vocal and pedagogical activity; 3) ensuring the motivational purposefulness of the future music art teachers to self-development in vocal and pedagogical activities; 4) connection of the future music art teachers’ practical and theoretical training; 5) ensuring of the future professionals’ awareness of the need for reflective and evaluative activities. It is revealed that the future music art teachers’ readiness formation for self-development in vocal and pedagogical activities is a purposeful, multifaceted, integrative creative process, which consists in the formation of vocal knowledge, skills, development of individual creative thinking, elements of pedagogical and performing techniques, mastering the content of music and pedagogical education and ensuring a high level of their future professional activity. У статті визначено й охарактеризовано педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва до саморозвитку у вокально-педагогічній діяльності, що сприятиме результативності досліджуваного феномену і успішності освітнього процесу. Акцентується, що формування готовності майбутніх фахівців до саморозвитку у вокально-педагогічній діяльності – це складний і багаторівневий процес, який має велике значення в сучасній педагогічній практиці. |
