| Description: | The article analyzes the problem of professional training of future specialists in professional (vocational and technical) education institutions. It has been observed that the system of training future operators of information processing and software of professional (vocational and technical) education for full-fledged professional activity in a competitive educational digital environment determines the importance of the process of forming the professional competence of future operators of information processing and software in today’s conditions by reforming the education system and its integration into the European community. It is theoretically substantiated that the training of future information processing and software operators in the system of professional (vocational and technical) education is aimed at personality development, formation of professional competence, acquisition of professional qualifications and productive work, acquisition of practical competences for performing professional activities, acquisition of political, socio-economic, cultural and scientific potential. The peculiarities of such training of future information processing and software operators in the process of professional training are highlighted. It is outlined that the specifics of training future information processing and software operators in the process of professional training is determined by the specifics of their professional activity, strengthening the potential for modernization of the educational digital environment, improving the content of the educational and professional program, creating conditions for the formation of professional competence in the process of professional training, expanding development mechanisms competence and professional professionalism, the expansion of scientific and methodological support of vocational education, the introduction of scientific and technical achievements into the educational and production process, the introduction of best practices, the acquisition of professional qualifications, the formation and education of the individual, the instillation of general and professional culture. It has been found that bringing about inadequate preparation for professional activities, acquiring professional skills and work experience taking into account adaptation to future activities, acquiring the competence level of highly qualified workers determines the importance of the process of forming the professional competence of future information processing operators in the process of professional training. У статті проаналізовано проблему професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців у закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Простежено, що система підготовки майбутніх операторів з обробки інформації та програмного забезпечення до повноцінної професійної діяльності в конкурентному інформаційному середовищі зумовлює значимість процесу формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у сьогоднішніх умовах реформуванням системи освіти та її інтеграції в європейське співтовариство. Обґрунтовано та висвітлено особливості такої підготовки майбутніх операторів з обробки інформації і програмного забезпечення у процесі фахової підготовки. |
