| Description: | The article defines pedagogical conditions for the formation of sociocultural competence of future music teachers. It is substantiated that the formation of socio-cultural competence of music teachers is a priority task of higher education institutions. Social order is manifested in the objective trends of the development of society and in the conscious expression of educational requests. It was established that the professional development of students of higher education in the field of art is facilitated by the pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of professional competence of the future teacher-musician. It is emphasized that the focus on culture in professional training leads to the expansion of sources of comprehensive, harmonious growth of the personality and preparation of the student for professional activities. It is noted that the teaching of theoretical material from artistic disciplines in close combination with artistic and aesthetic education has a positive effect on the formation of knowledge, abilities, and skills as components of the professional competence of future music teachers, who actively combine traditional teaching methods with the use of innovative technologies for the organization of training. It is emphasized that it is through the study of the musical works of one's people, its traditions, and national heritage that enrichment of the content line of the sociocultural competence of the personality of the future music teacher can occur. У статті визначено педагогічні умови формування соціокультурної компетентності майбутніх учителів музики. Обґрунтовано, що формування соціокультурної компетентності вчителів музики є пріоритетним завданням закладів вищої освіти. Соціальне замовлення проявляється в об’єктивних тенденціях розвитку суспільства та в свідомому вираженні освітніх запитів. Констатовано, що професійному становленню здобувачів вищої освіти в галузі мистецтва сприяють педагогічні умови, необхідні для формування професійної компетентності майбутнього педагога-музиканта. Підкреслено, що орієнтація на культуру в професійній підготовці зумовлює розширення джерел всебічного, гармонійного зростання особистості та підготовки студента до професійної діяльності. Зазначено, що викладання теоретичного матеріалу з мистецьких дисциплін у тісному поєднанні з художньо-естетичним вихованням позитивно впливає на формування знань, умінь, навичок як складових професійної компетентності майбутніх учителів музики, що для організації навчання активно поєднують традиційні методи викладання з використанням інноваційних технологій. Наголошено, що, саме шляхом вивчення музичних творів свого народу, його традицій, національної спадщини може відбуватись збагачення змістової лінії соціокультурної компетентності особистості майбутнього вчителя музики. |
