| Description: | The article substantiates the necessity of improving the diets for the military servicemen during a special period. It has been established that the key role in this process is played by individual or group rations, which include special consumption products that are balanced on the native composition, have a convenient form and packaging. Proposed method of optimization of dietary rations for their use in a special period is proposed. In modern conditions, the Armed forces need to implement the results of scientific advances not only in the area of armament and military equipment, but also food hygiene, medicine, pharmacology, which determines the topicality of the article.Traditional military norms for the daily consumption of rations should be considered adequate at permanent dislocation points, as they have increased weight and overall dimensions, which can interfere with the movement and execution of military and combat tasks by troops. In addition, the products that are part of the rations are not adapted to stress situations. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for optimizing the diets of servicemen in a special period. Scientists of Ukraine developed a technology for the special consumption bars “Vitabar”: “Military field” and “Defender” to adjust diets for servicemen and people whose work is related to excessive physical activity. The product is balanced on the main nutrients, contains no harmful substances, has a convenient form and packaging and can be used as a dry breakfast for the units in a special period. One of the main areas of food optimization supply is the development of individual dietary rations, which include products of special consumption (to increase overall combat capability). Обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення раціонів харчування військовослужбовців в особливий період. Встановлено, що ключову роль у цьому процесі відіграють індивідуальні або групові раціони, до складу яких входять продукти спеціального споживання, що збалансовані за нутрієнтним складом, мають зручні форму та пакування. Запропоновано методику оптимізації раціонів харчування для використання їх в особливий період. |
