| Περιγραφή: | The article argues that the special education of future rescuers to work in extreme conditions involves taking into account methodological ideas and requirements for the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, reflecting a set of principles of training. The main principles of professional training that need to be implemented in the professional training of civil defense specialists include the principles of professional orientation of training, advanced development, fundamentalization, informatization, continuity and continuity. The implementation of the principle of professional orientation of training forms the rescuers' interest in working in extreme conditions, directing the educational process in accordance with the qualification requirements of the specialty. Based on the principle of advanced development, rescuers form, in accordance with their own personal properties, an algorithm of error-free actions that are formed in them when using innovative methods of modeling situations of uncertainty in the educational process. Important in the training of human security professionals is the principle of fundamentalization, which directs the educational process in the direction of ensuring the metamorphosis of educational and cognitive activities into a professional, while maintaining a balance between acquired knowledge, skills and basic education. The principle of informatization is noteworthy, which contributes to the individualization of the educational process, ensuring its informativeness. The principle of continuity and continuity is based on scientific and technological progress, constantly contributing to the introduction into practice of rescuers of the latest technologies to prevent, rescue and eliminate emergencies. Taking into account the above principles of professional training contributes to a deep understanding of the essence of the studied process as a strategic direction of professional training of human security specialists. All these principles are implemented in close connection, interdependent and producing each other. В статье аргументировано, что специальное образование будущих спасателей к деятельности в экстремальных условиях предполагает учет методологических идей и требований к организации образовательного процесса в учреждениях высшего образования Государственной службы Украины по чрезвычайным ситуациям, отражающие совокупность принципов профессиональной подготовки. К основным принципам профессиональной подготовки, необходимо реализовывать в профессиональной подготовке специалистов службы гражданской защиты, отнесены принципы профессиональной направленности обучения, опережающего развития, фундаментализации, информатизации, непрерывности и преемственности. Все указанные принципы реализуются в тесной взаимосвязи, взаимообуславливающие и производя друг друга. У статті аргументовано, що спеціальна освіта майбутніх рятувальників до діяльності в екстремальних умовах передбачає врахування методологічних ідей і вимог до організації освітнього процесу в закладах вищої освіти Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій, що відображають сукупність принципів професійної підготовки. До основних принципів професійної підготовки, що необхідно реалізовувати у професійній підготовці фахівців служби цивільного захисту, віднесено принципи професійної спрямованості навчання, випереджального розвитку, фундаменталізації, інформатизації, неперервності й наступності. Усі зазначені принципи реалізуються в тісному взаємозв’язку, взаємозумовлюючи і продукуючи один одного. |
