| Περιγραφή: | Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of improving the system of professional training of an officer-leader using coaching technology. Purpose is to analyze the theoretical and technological approaches to the use of coaching in higher professional education, to develop an algorithmic coaching model for leadership courses of higher educational institutions, to determine the conditions for improving the quality of professional training of an officer-leader based on a coaching educational strategy. Methods are: analysis of scientific publications, questionnaires of teachers and students of domestic universities, analysis and verification of empirical data, comparing of theoretical views and approaches, modeling of content components and structure of leadership coaching, forecasting the prospects for further study of the problem. Results. The theoretical and technological approaches to the use of coaching in higher professional education are analyzed; the existence of significant differences in views and approaches to solving the problem is clarified. The author’s interpretation of leadership coaching is proposed, its leading features and functions are specified, an algorithmized coaching model is developed to optimize the practical training of the officer-leaders. The conditions for improving the quality ofprofessional training of an officer-leader based on a coaching educational strategy are revealed. Originality. The main ideas of coaching as a technology of training are specified, the specifics and functions of leadership coaching are determined, an algorithmized coaching model is developed to optimize the practical training of the officer-leaders. Conclusion. The necessity of technological training of higher school students, improvement of the quality of their practical training with the use of leadership coaching is proved. It is found out that the coaching strategy corresponds to the andragogical features of the training of experienced officers, as it involves the actualization of their acquired experience as a stable motivational basis for learning; replacing external control with self-reflection, self-analysis and self-evaluation; increasing the practical level of training, diversifying training practice, etc. It is established that the effectiveness of the implementation of leadership coaching depends on algorithmization, instrumentalization of training according to inductive logic, which is manifested in a gradual transition in training from internal (individual) to external (interpersonal) practice, in which the training of individual leadership qualities lays the foundation for further collective training actions. Статтю присвячено актуальній проблемі вдосконалення системи професійної підготовки офіцера-лідера з використанням технології коучингу. Проаналізовано теоретико-технологічні підходи до використання коучингу у вищій професійній освіті, висвітлено результати емпіричних досліджень з питань лідерської підготовки слухачів вищих військових навчальних закладів, з’ясовано наявність суттєвих розходжень у поглядах і підходах до вирішення порушеної проблеми. Запропоновано авторське тлумачення лідерського коучингу, уточнено його провідні ознаки та функції, розроблено алгоритмізовану коучингову модель для лідерських курсів вищих військових навчальних закладів. Визначено умови підвищення якості професійної підготовки офіцера-лідера на основі коучингової освітньої стратегії. |
