| Description: | Current trends in the development of the tourism industry indicate that due to the spread of the coronavirus pandemic and the increased social isolation of countries, there has been acritical reduction in tourist flows and, as a result, a deepening of the crisis state of the industry.Based on the study of the peculiarities of the development of the global tourism industry, it is established that the leading countries today consider stimulating the development of thedomestic market of tourist services as an alternative to international tourism. Taking into account the significant contribution of the tourism industry to the formation of the country’sGDP and ensuring its socio-economic development, today many countries have initiated projects aimed at activating its development and developing modern related infrastructure.Currently, new tourist routes are being actively developed, an information campaign is being implemented to promote tourist locations, regional tourist hubs and specialized communication platforms for cooperation are being formed. It is established that Ukraine has not yetconsidered the tourism industry as a strategic priority of the country's socio-economic development, and accordingly the state ignored the need to develop its tourism potential.Taking into account the steady trend of reducing tourist flows, Ukraine has proved the expediency of developing new mechanisms and tools to ensure the sustainable growth of the tourism industry. Based on the definition of global trends in tourism development, an approach to ensuring the sustainable development of tourism industry enterprises has been developed that takes into account the principles of complementarity and synergy and reveals the stages of ensuring sustainable growth of industry enterprises. Within the framework of the approach, alternatives to the sustainable development of tourism industry enterprises in Ukraine are formed and innovative tools for their implementation are revealed. The following scenarios for the development of tourism industry enterprises in Ukraine are highlighted as the main ones: a policy of high-quality modernization and radical transformation. Сучасні тенденції розвитку туристичної індустрії свідчать про те, що внаслідок поширення пандемії коронавірусу та посилення соціальної ізольованості країн відбулося критичне скорочення туристичних потоків і, як наслідок, поглиблення кризового стану галузі. На основі дослідження особливостей розвитку світової туристичної індустрії встановлено, що провідними країнами як альтернатива міжнародного туризму на сьогодні розглядається стимулювання внутрішнього попиту на туристичні послуги.Встановлено, що Україною до сьогодні туристична галузь не розглядалася як стратегічний пріоритет соціально-економічного розвитку країни і відповідно державою ігнорувалася необхідність розвитку її туристичного потенціалу. Зважаючи на стійку тенденцію скорочення туристичних потоків Україною доведено доцільністьрозроблення нових механізмів та інструментів забезпечення сталого зростання туристичної індустрії. На основі встановлення глобальних трендів розвитку туризму розроблено підхід до забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємств туристичної індустрії, що враховує принципи комплементарності та синергетичності і розкриваєетапи забезпечення сталого зростання підприємств галузі. |
