| Περιγραφή: | This article examines the peculiarities of professional training of future officers in institutions of higher military education in Ukraine. The methodological foundations of humanitarian and pedagogical modeling of technological competencedevelopment in future officers are justified. The readiness of graduates of higher military educational institutions to fulfill their official military duties in the troops in the context of the dynamic reform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine provides for the formation of general scientific, professional, social and psychological, command (management) and special military competencies, which requires the development of a formation model of professional competence of future officers. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for professional competence development in future officers in higher military educational institutions in Ukraine are justified. It is proven that the phenomenon of pedagogical modeling acquires the features of cognitive reflection, which ensures the transition from theoretical generalizations to the implementation of specific activity projects aimed at achieving professional competence of future officers. Humanitarian and pedagogical modeling is focused on the purposeful creation of a system of significant professional characteristics of the future officer and enables the presentation of the process of professional competence development in the dynamics of its deployment with the identification of structural-functional, operational efficiency components, description of connections and relations between them. In the process of scientific search, the principles, conditions, functions, and stages of humanitarian and pedagogical modeling of professional competence development in future officers are determined. Досліджено особливості професійної підготовки майбутніх офіцерів у закладах вищої військової освіти України. Обґрунтовано методологічні засади гуманітарно-педагогічного моделювання розвитку професійної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів. Розкрито психолого-педагогічні умови формування професійної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів у військових ЗВО України. Доведено, що феномен педагогічного моделювання набуває рис пізнавальної рефлексії, що забезпечує перехід від теоретичних узагальнень до реалізації конкретних діяльнісних проєктів, спрямованих на досягнення професійної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів. У процесі наукового пошуку визначено принципи, умови, функції та етапи гуманітарно-педагогічного моделювання розвитку професійної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів. |
