| Περιγραφή: | Здійснено оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу 11 напрямів агроекологічної сфери та формування проекту переліку нових інноваційних пріоритетів указаного профілю на 2017–2021 рр. Напрями вибрано із 53 пріоритетів інноваційної діяльності, які були визначені у 2012 р. Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 294 щодо сільського господарства та екології. Розроблена методика оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу налічує три складові — фінансову (затребування напряму), технологічну (мірило технологічного забезпечення) та наукову (наукова забезпеченість напряму). Для оцінювання фінансової та технологічної складових проаналізовано результати моніторингу реалізації вказаних пріоритетів, а наукової — на основі аналізу 2756 дисертацій за галузями «Сільське господарством» та «Екологія» і розподілу їх за 11 напрямами агроекологічної сфери. За результатами дослідження визначено агроекологічні напрями, які мають найвищий інноваційний потенціал, а саме: щодо технологій адаптивного ґрунтоохоронного землеробства, виробництва, збереження і переробки високоякісної продукції рослинництва, біотехнологій у рослинництві, тваринництві та ветеринарії, також водозабезпечення, водокористування та водовідведення. The questions of innovative potential of agroecological areas were shown based on the monitoring of innovation priorities realization by the main administrators of budget money and analysis of 2956 theses in the field of «Agriculture» and «Environment» and on this basis there was formed the list of new in- novation priorities. These issues are highlighted in periodicals for the first time. In terms of the approved medium-term priorities of national-level according to the strategic direction «Widespread use of cleaner production technology and environmental protection» there was gained the appropriate scientific potential for the number of theses, while the highest on the medium-term priority 6.2 «Implementation of advanced technologies of water supply, water use and sanitation» (136 theses or 38.5% of the number of the medium-term priorities profile and 6.8% of the total in the environmental field), the smallest (35 theses, or 9.9% of their number of the medium-term priorities profile and 1.7% of the total number in the environmental field) — the medium-term priority 6.4 «Application of the technologies for radioactive waste and reduce their negative impact on the environment». |
