| Περιγραφή: | The article reveals the conceptual provisions of the legal regulation of information and explanatory work in the system of social services provision. It is indicated that informing the population about the list of social services, their content and the procedure for providing them in a form accessible to persons with any type of health impairment is entrusted to the authorized bodies of the system of social services provision. The regulatory and legal substantiation of the features of informing the population about the provision of social services is analyzed. The improvement of the system of information activities of social work subjects has been reflected in the publications of Ukrainian scientists. It is stated that with the transition to an information society, the need for broad awareness of ordinary citizens about versatile services within the framework of the formation of a service state is becoming increasingly obvious. Since the information society is a qualitatively new stage in the development of human civilization, where information and knowledge become key resources, it is important to consider information as an end-to-end approach to ensuring citizens' accessibility to social services. The right of citizens to accessible information is implemented by a number of regulatory and legal acts at the international and national levels. A list of laws and by-laws regulating the goals and forms of informing recipients of social services is provided. У статті розкрито концептуальні положення правового регулювання інформаційно-роз’яснювальної роботи у системі надання соціальних послуг. Констатовано, що з переходом в інформаційне суспільство постає необхідність широкої обізнаності пересічних громадян про різнобічні послуги в рамках формування сервісної держави. Оскільки інформаційне суспільство – це якісно новий етап розвитку людської цивілізації, де ключовими ресурсами стають інформація та знання, важливо розглядати інформування як наскрізний підхід для забезпечення доступності громадян до соціальних послуг. Вказано, що інформування населення про перелік соціальних послуг, їх зміст і порядок надання у формі, доступній для сприйняття особами з будь-яким видом порушення здоров’я, покладається на уповноважені органи системи надання соціальних послуг. Право громадян на доступну інформацію реалізується низкою нормативно-правових актів міжнародного та національного рівня. Проаналізовано нормативно-правове обґрунтування особливостей інформування різних категорій осіб щодо надання соціальних послуг. Надається перелік законів та підзаконних актів, що регулюють цілі та форми інформування отримувачів соціальних послуг. Удосконалення системи інформаційної діяльності суб’єктів соціальної роботи знайшло своє відображення в публікаціях українських науковців, аналітичних звітах, на сайтах надавачів соціальних послуг, в соціальних мережах. |
