| Περιγραφή: | У статті розглядається досвід соціальної роботи благодійних організацій з внутрішньо переміщеними особами за кордоном та його значення для України. Зокрема, проаналізовано діяльність міжнародних благодійних організацій, таких як Caritas Internationalis, Єзуїтська служба у справах біженців (JRS), GlobalGiving, Maram та інших, які надають широкий спектр послуг внутрішньо переміщеним особам. Ці організації займаються не лише негайною гуманітарною допомогою, але й довгостроковими програмами інтеграції та соціальної адаптації та зазвичай виконують ролі виконавця, каталізатора і партнера. Значну увагу приділено організаціям, створеним самими внутрішньо переміщеними особами (RLOs), які краще розуміють потреби своєї спільноти та можуть більш ефективно надавати підтримку. Окремо досліджено питання соціальної підтримки вразливих категорій внутрішньо переміщених осіб, таких як люди з інвалідністю, діти та постраждалі від насильства. На основі аналізу досвіду таких організацій зроблено висновок, що участь міжнародних благодійних організацій відіграє важливу роль у підтримці та реабілітації внутрішньо переміщених осіб в країнах з кризовими ситуаціями. Значна увага в статті приділяється ефективним моделям співпраці благодійних організацій з урядовими структурами, що сприяє більш успішній інтеграції внутрішньо переміщених осіб в суспільство. Наведено приклади роботи благодійних організацій з внутрішньо переміщеними особами у таких країнах, як Грузія, Індія, Непал, Пакистан та інші. Важливим аспектом є адаптація цього досвіду до українського контексту, оскільки Україна стикається з аналогічними викликами через російську збройну агресію та викликані нею масові переміщення населення. The article examines the experience of social work by charitable organizations with internally displaced persons (IDPs) abroad and its significance for Ukraine. Specifically, it analyzes the activities of international charitable organizations such as Caritas Internationalis, Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS), GlobalGiving, Maram, and others, which provide a wide range of services to internally displaced persons. These organizations are involved not only in immediate humanitarian assistance but also in long-term programs of integration and social adaptation, typically fulfilling the roles of implementer, catalyst, and partner. Special attention is given to organizations established by the IDPs themselves (RLOs), which have a deeper understanding of the needs of their communities and can provide more effective support. The article also addresses the social support of vulnerable categories of IDPs, such as people with disabilities, children, and victims of violence. Based on the analysis of the experiences of these organizations, the conclusion is drawn that international charitable organizations play a vital role in supporting and rehabilitating IDPs in countries facing crisis situations. The article focuses on effective models of cooperation between charitable organizations and government structures, which contribute to the more successful integration of IDPs into society. Examples of the work of charitable organizations with IDPs in countries such as Georgia, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and others are provided. An important aspect is the adaptation of this experience to the Ukrainian context, as Ukraine faces similar challenges due to internal armed conflicts and mass displacement. |
