| Περιγραφή: | In this article, the purpose of which was to determine the professional qualification requirements for associate professors in the field of research and innovation activity, theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific papers and normative legal acts regulating the professional activity of academic and research staff was carried out.Based on this information, as well as modern innovation and integration processes in the system of higher education, an academic profile of the associate professor was created. This profile includes a list of competencies and professional qualities for research and innovation activity. The competency map includes innovative, informational, communicative, organizational and normative legal competencies. Especially important skills of specialists are the ability to work in the international environment, the ability to implement research and innovation projects common with foreign organizations, the possession of various means of effective presentation of the results of their professional activities, including academic writing skills, adherence to the principles of academic integrity, etc. It is noted that the efficiency of research and innovation activity of academic and research staff is significantly influenced by the conditions in which it is implemented, namely: external, material, informational, organizational, psychological conditions. It is shown that modern working conditions are characterized by a number of negative factors, which lead to the lack of professional desire for professional development and career growth. The article represents the inconsistency of the wages of university employees with the professional problems that they face in terms of integration of Ukrainian higher education into the European educational and research space. Measures to stimulate academic and research staff for effective research and innovation activity are offered. The obtained results serve as the basis for developing a research and innovation training system for doctors of philosophy as the main applicants for the position of associate professor of a higher education institution. У даній статті, мета якої полягала у визначенні професійно-кваліфікаційних вимог до доцентів у сфері дослідницько-інноваційної діяльності, здійснено теоретико-методологічний аналіз наукових праць та нормативно-правових актів, що регулюють професійну діяльність науково-педагогічних працівників. Враховуючи сучасні інноваційні та інтеграційні процеси, що відбуваються у системі вищої освіти, побудовано академічний профіль доцента, який включає перелік інноваційних, інформаційних, комунікативних, організаційних, нормативно-правових компетентностей та професійно-особистісних якостей, необхідних йому як суб’єкту дослідницько-інноваційної діяльності. Визначено умови праці науково-педагогічних працівників та заходи щодо їх стимулювання з метою ефективного здійснення цього виду діяльності у закладах вищої освіти. |
