| Περιγραφή: | Scientific researches, developments and innovations, become key elements on principle new socio-economic system – economy, based on knowledges (angl. of knowledge-based economy). On changing the economy of knowledges comes industrial. In this economy a decision resource is become by a not physical, but intellectual and human capital. For this reason the front-rank countries of the world in the development are oriented on new quality of basic resources and their possibility to the innovations. Realization of such innovative policy needs perfection of technological, of a particular branch and structural organization of national economy, activation of all aggregate, organizationally economic, financial and infrastructural factors of innovative activity. The problem of search of additional sourcings with a purpose activation of innovative development of economy acquires on condition of narrow-mindedness of state financial resources of the special actuality. One of the most widespread instruments of financing of innovative activity there is investing. Most authors are interpreted by the concept of investment resource from position of certain aggregate of resources, assets or facilities which exist at disposal of enterprise. In the context of national economy this term does not almost meet, and that is why expedient is to offer author interpretation of investment resource as aggregates of financial, material and technical, intellectual and informatively legal elements which a national economy has in the order and which are used for providing of investment development of country. Showing by itself the difficult dynamic system, an investment resource is contained by the complex of interactive elements, scientific selection and combination of which provide appearance of new and perfection of present elements. It became basis of selection in the structure of investment resource of internal, resource, and effective constituents. Offered definiciya will enable completer and more expressly to engulf essence and terms of realization of investment development in the context of structural modernization of economy of country. For the receipt of the proper effect in part of innovative transformations it is expedient to create the investment platform of realization of investment resource of structural modernization of economy, which shows by itself the aggregate of elements, which is able to provide samoorganizaciyu of control system by innovative development of economy and by a sinergistical effect provides the concerted work of control system and modernization of economy. В статье доказана важность формирования инвестиционного ресурса для структурной модернизации экономики путем стимулирования инновационных преобразований. Проведены анализ и обобщение дефиниционного значения термина инвестиционный ресурс и совершена попытка предложить авторское определение его как совокупности финансовых, материально-технических, интеллектуальных и информационно-правовых элементов, которые имеет в своем распоряжении национальная экономика и которые используются для обеспечения инвестиционного развития страны. На основе исследования общих и специфических признаков инвестиционного ресурса, построения его структуры определена особая роль и место инвестиционного ресурса в инноватике. Являя собой сложную динамическую систему, инвестиционный ресурс содержит комплекс взаимодействующих элементов, научный отбор и комбинация которых обеспечивают появление новых и усовершенствование существующих элементов. У статті доведена важливість формування інвестиційного ресурсу для структурної модернізації економіки шляхом стимулювання інноваційних перетворень. Проведено аналіз та узагальнення дефініційного визначення терміна «інвестиційний ресурс» та здійснена спроба запропонувати авторське визначення його як сукупності фінансових, матеріально-технічних, інтелектуальних та інформаційно-правових елементів, які має у своєму розпорядженні національна економіка і які використовуються для забезпечення інвестиційного розвитку країни. На основі дослідження загальних та специфічних ознак інвестиційного ресурсу, побудови його структури визначено особливу роль та місце інвестиційного ресурсу в інноватиці. Являючи собою складну динамічну систему, інвестиційний ресурс містить комплекс взаємодіючих елементів, науковий відбір і комбінація яких забезпечують появу нових і вдосконалення наявних елементів. |
