| Περιγραφή: | The article considers the role and importance of balanced development of recreational tourism as a factor of effective and innovative development of rural territorial communities and agrarian economy in general. This study emphasizes the importance of rural recreational tourism for the balanced development of rural areas and emphasizes the importance of a strategic approach in planning their development. The main problems of rural recreational tourism development are identified — the lack of developed projects that will focus on the development of individual villages; lack of willingness to cooperate between local and regional authorities, local resources are used inefficiently and the local community is not properly involved. У статті розглянуто роль та значення збалансованості розвитку рекреаційного туризму як чинника ефективного та інноваційного розвитку сільських територіальних громад та аграрної економіки загалом. Дослідження наголошує на важливості сільського рекреаційного туризму для збалансованого розвитку сільських територій та підкреслює значення стратегічного підходу в плануванні їх розвитку. Визначено основні проблеми розвитку сільського рекреаційного туризму: відсутність розроблених проєктів, які орієнтуватимуться на розвиток окремих сіл; відсутність бажання співпрацювати між локальними та регіональними представниками влади; неефективне використання місцевих ресурсів; недостатнє залучення місцевої громади. |
