| Περιγραφή: | The article deals with a competence-technological generalization of the foundations of ethno-cultural training of future humanitarians as active actors of ethnic and multi-ethnic society, considering the data of the systematic analysis of previous studies and publications, educational and professional training programs for humanitarian specialists (philologists, philosophers, historians, religious studies, cultural studies,. Conclusions have been drawn regarding the need to organize purposeful ethnocultural activities of students of higher humanitarian education, to form in each of them the subjective position of a bearer of ethnoculture and a personality capable of intercultural dialog. We consider the primary task in the process of developing the technology of ethno-cultural activity to be the design of regulatory, legal, educational and methodological support for it in the system of a higher education institution, a clear definition of goals and objectives, the appropriate content of humanitarian, socially and professionally oriented disciplines, the completion of educational practices and scientific research work . An effective aspect of the work is the involvement of students in research activities (master's, diploma, course projects, scientific articles), the creation of an individual database on ethno-cultural issues, the activation of various groups (trainings, circles, interest clubs, sections), and collective (discussions with teachers and managers of practices of ethnocultural problems from the positions of various sciences; discussions on ethnocultural topics) forms of work. The main criterion for the readiness of future humanitarians for ethno-cultural activities is their ability to work in a multinational environment, the desire to solve and prevent inter-ethnic problems, and the harmonization of national relations, which will constitute the perspective of the study. З урахуванням даних системного аналізу попередніх досліджень і публікацій, освітньо-професійних програм підготовки фахівців гуманітарної галузі (філологів, філософів, істориків, релігієзнавців, культурологів) проведено компетентнісно-технологічне узагальнення основ етнокультурної підготовки майбутніх гуманітаріїв як активних діячів етнічного й поліетнічного соціуму. Проведено висновки щодо необхідності організації цілеспрямованої етнокультурної діяльності здобувачів вищої гуманітарної освіти, формування у кожного з них суб’єктивної позиції носія етнокультури та особистості, здатної до міжкультурного діалогу. |
