| Description: | The article explores the synergy of Management 3.0 and artificial intelligence (AI) in software development management. The purpose of the article is to conceptualize the integration of Management 3.0 and artificial intelligence in software development management. The study of the integration of Management 3.0 and artificial intelligence in software development management is extremely relevant for the modern software industry, as it is aimed at addressing the key challenges of the industry and creating more efficient, adaptive and human-centered management systems.The objectives of the article are to: 1) to study the role of the Management 3.0 concept in software development; 2) to analyze artificial intelligence as an important tool in software development; 3) to find out the synergy of Management 3.0 and AI as a condition for improving the efficiency of team and project management. Management 3.0, which focuses on people and their motivation, is combined with AI capabilities for automation, analysis, and forecasting, leading to increased efficiency, team motivation, and product quality. AI takes over routine tasks, allowing managers to focus on the development, motivation, and self-organization of teams. The author discusses ways to support the principles of Management 3.0 with AI, including energizing people, empowering teams, leveling constraints, developing competencies, cultivating structure, and continuous improvement. Specific tools for integration are presented, such as Jira with AI, Asana, Trello, Power BI, Tableau, GitHub Copilot, and Amazon CodeGuru. The benefits of integration for the organization, teams, and managers are discussed, as well as the challenges related to technical, organizational, and ethical aspects. The future of integration is outlined, including hybrid management models, intelligent assistants, and learning automation, emphasizing the importance of a balance between technology and human factors. The concept of synergy between Management 3.0 and AI has both profound theoretical significance and powerful practical potential. It contributes to the transformation of management approaches, improves team productivity, and allows businesses to effectively adapt to modern challenges. Businesses that integrate AI into flexible management models gain significant competitive advantages, improve the quality of their products, and optimize work processes. Стаття досліджує синергію Менеджменту 3.0 та штучного інтелекту (ШІ) в управлінні розробкою програмного забезпечення. Мета статті: концептуалізація інтеграції менеджменту 3.0 та штучного інтелекту у менеджмент розробки програмного забезпечення. Дослідження інтеграції Менеджменту 3.0 та штучного інтелекту у менеджменті розробки програмного забезпечення є надзвичайно актуальним для сучасної індустрії програмного забезпечення, оскільки воно спрямоване на вирішення ключових викликів галузі та створення більш ефективних, адаптивних та людиноцентричних систем управління.Формування цілей статті: 1) дослідити роль концепції менеджмент 3.0 в розробці програмного забезпечення; 2) дати аналіз штучного інтелекту як важливого інструменту у сфері розробки програмного забезпечення; 3) з’ясувати синергію Менеджменту 3.0 та ШІ як умови підвищення ефективності управління командами та проєктами. Менеджмент 3.0, зосереджений на людях та їх мотивації, поєднується з можливостями ШІ для автоматизації, аналізу та прогнозування, що призводить до підвищення ефективності, мотивації команд та якості продукту. ШІ бере на себе рутинні завдання, дозволяючи менеджерам зосередитися на розвитку, мотивації та самоорганізації команд. Розглядаються способи підтримки принципів Менеджменту 3.0 за допомогою ШІ, включаючи енергізацію людей, розширення повноважень команд, вирівнювання обмежень, розвиток компетенцій, вирощування структури та постійне вдосконалення. Представлені конкретні інструменти для інтеграції, такі як Jira з ШІ, Asana, Trello, Power BI, Tableau, GitHub Copilot та Amazon CodeGuru. Обговорюються переваги інтеграції для організації, команд та менеджерів, а також виклики, пов'язані з технічними, організаційними та етичними аспектами. Окреслено майбутнє інтеграції, що включає гібридні моделі управління, інтелектуальні асистенти та автоматизацію навчання, підкреслюючи важливість балансу між технологіями та людським фактором. Концепція синергії Менеджменту 3.0 та ШІ має як глибоке теоретичне значення, так і потужний практичний потенціал. Вона сприяє трансформації управлінських підходів, покращує продуктивність команд та дозволяє бізнесу ефективно адаптуватися до сучасних викликів. Підприємства, які інтегрують ШІ в гнучкі моделі управління, отримують значні конкурентні переваги, підвищують якість своїх продуктів і оптимізують робочі процеси. |
