| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of the formation of the law enforcement system in the Armed Forces of Ukraine after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the transition to independence. In particular, the article examines the formation of the law enforcement system in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The article analyses the prerequisites that led to the creation of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including political, socio-economic, and international factors that caused the introduction of a special body for maintaining law and order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.The article provides a detailed analysis of the state of research into the problem of the activity of institutions (bodies) ensuring legality and military discipline in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which seems relevant in view of the insufficient development of special research in this area. In addition, from the point of view of the study of the process of building the military organization of the state, it is significant to study the formation of the administrative and legal foundations of the construction and the organizational and functional foundations of the activity of the Military Law Enforcement Service, as a special law enforcement body, which is entrusted with the maintenance of law and order and military discipline in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.When developing the regulatory and legal foundations of the construction and operation of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine author has analyzed and taken into account a significant number of legal acts of foreign experience in the operation of the military police in the leading countries of the world. The study covers the period from 1991 to 2002, when the main measures were taken to form special structures that ensure law and order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. У статті досліджується становлення системи забезпечення правопорядку уЗбройних Силах України. Проаналізовано воєнно-політичні та безпеково-правові передумови, що обумовили створення Військової служби правопорядку Збройних Сил України, провідні політичні, соціально-економічні, міжнародні чинники, що зумовили запровадження спеціального органу забезпечення правопорядку вЗСУкраїни. Аналізуються моделі воєнно-поліцейських органів провідних країн світу, чий досвід враховувався при розбудові Військової служби правопорядку. Окрему увагу автор приділив забезпеченню правопорядку уЗСУкраїни, включаючи розроблення профільного законодавства, формування структури ВСП ЗСУ, визначення її функції та напрямів діяльності.Дослідження охоплює період з1991 по 2002р., коли відбувався пошук форм забезпечення правопорядку увійськових формуваннях України, законодавче йвідомче нормативно-правове оформлення спеціального органу підтримання правопорядку уЗСУкраїни. |
