Description: Introduction. In modern conditions, the COVID-19 pandemic has significant negative socio-psychological consequences. Measures to combat the pandemic - the mask regime, social distancing, the peculiarities of the stay of students and teachers in the educational institution, the need for self-isolation of the infected - can negatively affect the organization of the educational process. Therefore, the main purpose of socio-psychological support of professional development of future professionals in a pandemic is to help the subject (client) to fully realize themselves in the professional (educational) sphere.Purpose. The purpose of the article is to highlight the features of socio-psychological support of professional development of future professionals in a pandemic in a modern institution of higher education.Methods. To achieve this goal, a set of theoretical methods was used: analysis of the literature; systematization, structuring, generalization of the obtained results.Originality. The COVID-19 pandemic has significant negative socio-psychological consequences. Measures to combat the pandemic - the mask regime, social distancing, the peculiarities of students and teachers in the educational institution, the need for self-isolation of the infected, etc. - can negatively affect the organization of the educational process.Socio-psychological support of professional development of future professionals in a pandemic should be carried out in accordance with the conditions of quarantine in a particular educational institution. Subject to quarantine measures, the number of group classes is reduced, and some are carried out online. Individual counseling and other individual forms of work can take place both online and in direct interaction.The main objectives of the work are: reducing psycho-emotional stress; increasing stress resistance (resilience); prevention of discrimination and stigmatization of the infected; formation of a positive life perspective.Conclusions. Summarizing the above, we can draw the following conclusions: in the current socio-economic crisis and quarantine measures associated with the pandemic, significantly increases the role of socio-psychological support of professional development of future professionals, providing socio-pedagogical and psychological assistance to all participants in the educational process. mental health and ensuring the implementation of the tasks of educational institutionsThe main tasks of socio-psychological support of professional development of future professionals in this period should be: the formation of constructive ways to solve difficult life situations and adaptive coping strategies for all participants in the educational process; stabilization of the emotional sphere of the individual, the formation of a positive life outlook; activation of processes of self-knowledge, self-perception, self-regulation and self-control, construction of a positive image of the future; formation of psychosocial resistance to stress; prevention of discrimination and stigmatization of people who are sick or ill; providing timely psychological assistance to victims of bullying and harassment; prevention of emotional burnout in parents and teachers; increasing the adaptive capacity of teachers to new conditions for the organization of the educational process; mediation between the educational institution, families and local communities to resolve and prevent interpersonal conflicts, domestic violence.
В статье представлены результаты исследования особенностей социально-психологического сопровождения профессионального становления будущих специалистов современного учебного заведения в условиях пандемии.
У статті представлено результати дослідження особливостей соціально-психологічного супроводу професійного становлення майбутніх фахівців сучасного закладу освіти в умовах пандемії.
