| Description: | The publication presents the results of a study on the transformation of the business process structure under the conditions of dynamic changes in the external environment. The purpose of the work is to investigate the features of business process transformation using modern transformation tools such as digitalization, automation, business analysis, and process reengineering. The article contains an analysis of current trends in economic development that influence business processes. Digitalization of business processes is an important area of development for modern enterprises, which requires careful study and strategic management. The study analyzes the impact of trends such as digital transformation, globalization, urbanization, changes in employment structure, environmental initiatives, and social inequality on management approaches and business processes. In particular, the role of digitalization, automation, business analysis, and process reengineering in ensuring the adaptability and competitiveness of enterprises is considered. The study also focuses on methods of business process optimization and criteria for evaluating their effectiveness. The findings help to better understand current challenges and opportunities in the field of business process management and to identify directions for further research and improvement of digital transformation strategies. The conditions of the digital economy increase the requirements for the flexibility and efficiency of business processes, which becomes necessary to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. This leads to the need to revise traditional approaches and implement innovative solutions. Overall, the digitalization of business processes is a complex task that requires a strategic approach and balanced decisions. The article highlights key problems associated with this process, such as the selection of optimal optimization methods, integration of various information systems, change management, and ensuring cybersecurity. Solving problems during the transformation of business processes requires a comprehensive approach and adherence to change management principles to ensure successful adaptation to the digital economy. Scientific research in this field helps to identify and solve problems that arise during the transformation of business processes and to develop strategies to improve their efficiency and competitiveness. У публікації представлено результати дослідження трансформації структури бізнес-процесів в умовах динамічних змін зовнішнього середовища. Мета роботи – дослідити особливості трансформації бізнес-процесів із застосуванням сучасних інструментів, таких як цифровізація, автоматизація, бізнес-аналіз та реінжиніринг процесів. Стаття містить аналіз актуальних тенденцій економічного розвитку, що впливають на бізнес-процеси. Цифровізація бізнес-процесів є важливим напрямом розвитку сучасних підприємств, що потребує уважного вивчення та стратегічного управління. У дослідженні проаналізовано вплив таких тенденцій, як цифрова трансформація, глобалізація, урбанізація, зміни у структурі зайнятості, екологічні ініціативи та соціальна нерівність, на управлінські підходи та бізнес-процеси. Зокрема, розглянуто роль цифровізації, автоматизації, бізнес-аналізу та реінжинірингу процесів у забезпеченні адаптивності та конкурентоспроможності підприємств. Дослідження також звертає увагу на методи оптимізації бізнес-процесів та критерії оцінки їх ефективності. Висновки допомагають краще зрозуміти сучасні виклики та можливості у сфері управління бізнес-процесами та визначити напрями подальших досліджень і удосконалення стратегій цифрової трансформації. Умови цифрової економіки підвищують вимоги до гнучкості та ефективності бізнес-процесів, що стає необхідним для забезпечення стійкого розвитку підприємств. Це призводить до необхідності перегляду традиційних підходів та впровадження інноваційних рішень. Загалом, цифровізація бізнес-процесів є комплексною задачею, що потребує стратегічного підходу та виважених рішень. Стаття висвітлює ключові проблеми, пов'язані з цим процесом, такі як вибір оптимальних методів оптимізації, інтеграція різних інформаційних систем, управління змінами та забезпечення кібербезпеки. Вирішення проблем під час трансформації бізнес-процесів вимагає комплексного підходу і дотримання принципів управління змінами для забезпечення успішної адаптації до цифрової економіки. Наукові дослідження в цій галузі допомагають виявляти і вирішувати проблеми, що виникають під час трансформації бізнес-процесів, та розвивати стратегії для підвищення їх ефективності та конкурентоспроможності. |
