| Περιγραφή: | The article defines the main methodological provisions of decision making using the methods of group selection and expert evaluation. The paper indicates that one of the promising areas of research is the synthesis and analysis of group choice procedures under axiomatically formulated conditions that determine individual and group thoughts. The basic content of an axiomatic approach to solving group choice problems is considered. The peculiarities of using the metric approach to the main tasks of group choice are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to a number of significant points of practical use of metric models in group choice problems. The essence of geometric approach to group choice problems is investigated.The experience of creating and developing adaptive control systems to solve various technical, socio-economic, scientific problems, planning and forecasting problems showed that the formalization of technical, economic and managerial decisions is complicated by a number of features of the modern stage of scientific and technological progress. It is unreasonable to rely on building models that fully reflect nature, encompassing all quantitative relationships within the managed object and its relationship with the external environment. The real tasks of developing and implementing control systems require the participation of people as an integral element of the solution, i.e. represent a system of type "smart adapter".The decision-making process itself always involves an orientation not only on quantitative data, but also on qualitative information, i.e. on common sense: the high hopes that had previously been placed on mathematical methods of optimization, formalized methods for solving optimization problems, are often not justified in practice. Under the conditions of today's close interconnection of events and actions in the vast majority of situations, the choice is not made individually but collectively, since it can only be realized as a result of collective efforts. For the difficult systems with hierarchical organization of management the developed theory must it is necessary to plug in itself the problems of acceptance of collective decisions. В статье представлены определения основных методологических положений принятия решения при использовании методов группового выбора и экспертных оценок. В работе указывается, что одним из перспективных направлений исследования является синтез и анализ процедур группового выбора по аксиоматически сформулированным условиям, которые определяют индивидуальные и групповые мнения. Рассмотрены основное содержание аксиоматического подхода к решению задач группового выбора. Проанализированы особенности использования метрической подхода к основным задачам группового выбора. Особое внимание уделено ряду существенных моментов практического использования метрических моделей в задачах группового выбора. Исследована сущность геометрического подхода к задачам группового выбора. В статті подано визначення основних методологічних положень прийняття рішення при використанні методів групового вибору і експертних оцінок. У роботі вказується, що одним з перспективних напрямків дослідження є синтез і аналіз процедур групового вибору за аксіоматично сформульованим умовам, які визначають індивідуальні та групові думки. Розглянуто основний зміст аксіоматичного підходу до вирішення завдань групового вибору. Проаналізовано особливості використання метричного підходу до основних завдань групового вибору. Особливу увагу приділено ряду істотних моментів практичного використання метричних моделей в задачах групового вибору. Досліджено сутність геометричного підходу до завдань групового вибору. |
