Асвятляюцца такія пытанні, як асноўныя задачы рэформы, становішча алкагольнага рынка напярэдадні рэформы і змены ў ім, роля яўрэйскага фактара, адмена права прапінацыі і арганізацыя папячыцельстваў аб народнай цвярозасці. The article is devoted to the measures taken by the Russian authorities to prepare and introduce a state "wine" monopoly in the Belarusian provinces. The author considers such questions as the situation of the alcohol market on the eve of the reform and changes in it, the role of the Jewish factor, the abolition of the right of propination and the organization of trusteeship of public sobriety. |
