This project has been carried out within the BCN eMotorsport team, with the goal of improving the competition vehicle’s dashboard both in term of software and hardware. Regarding the software, new graphical screens have been implemented using TouchGFX, allowing for better data visualization and navigation through the encoder and the steering wheel buttons. On the hardware side, outdated components such as the SDRAM and the TFT screen have been replaced with alternatives and the PCB has been redesigned to reduce its size. The system now enables more efficient monitoring of the vehicle’s status, making it easier to detect failures without the need for a laptop.
