| Περιγραφή: | Статья посвящена выявлению основных тенденций и анализу перспектив развития института государства в формирующейся глобальной среде. = The article is devoted to the analysis of the main trends and prospects of the development of the institution of state in the emerging global environment, the most typical, but at the same time contradictory developments of this institution. Multifaceted impact of the outer environment on the state is pointed out, under the influence of which correction of its roles and functions takes place. On the basis of the conceptual analysis of the impact of globalization processes on the institution of state, the author highlights most typical, but at the same time contradictory developments of the institution of state. Characteristics of alternative forms of statehood as well as poststate formations are given. It is shown that the state is still the central axis of the global international political system and the main instrument to ensure the diversity of civilization and the progressive development of the world community. Means of optimizing the opeartion of state institutions are identified. Particular attention is given to the formation of regional centers of political, economic, cultural and civilizational character. Витебский государственный университет имени П. М. Машерова.
