В статті розглянуто взаємозв’язок рівня розвитку трудового потенціалу людини з якістю вищої освіти, а також визначено місце та роль її матеріальних та нематеріальних детермінант в системі формування та розвитку трудових можливостей людини. В статті підкреслено важливість залучення роботодавців до експертизи якості вищої освіти, а також наведено результати аналізу їх опитування щодо сили прояву окремих з детермінант відповідної категорії.Стаття містить узагальнення та висновки щодо напрямів вдосконалення змісту та практики використання механізмів державного управління якістю вищої освіт Тhe article considers the relationship between the level of human labour potential development and the quality of higher education, as well as defines the place and role of its material and non-material determinants in the system of human labour capabilities formation and development. The article emphasizes the importance of involving employers in the examination of the quality of higher education, and also presents the results of the analysis of their survey on the strength of manifestation of individual determinants of corresponding category. The article contains generalizations and conclusions on the directions of improving the content and practice of using the mechanisms of the public administration over higher education quality |
