Предложена методика определения направлений перспективной специализации региона, включающая количественную оценку вклада различных ВЭД в экономический рост региона и его конкурентных преимуществ в данных ВЭД на основе анализа структурных сдвигов, расчета коэффициента локализации, скорректированного с учетом коэффициента душевого производства. По результатам апробации методики определены ВЭД перспективной специализации Гомельской области. Установлен перечень технологических компетенций, развитие которых будет способствовать росту конкурентных преимуществ ВЭД перспективной специализации в рассматриваемом регионе. The article proposes a methodology for determining the directions of prospective specialization of the region, which includes a quantitative assessment of the contribution of various FEAs to the economic growth of the region and its competitive advantages in the FEA data based on the analysis of structural shifts, the calculation of the localization coefficient adjusted taking into account the coefficient of shower production. Based on the results of the methodology testing, FEA of promising specialization of the Gomel region was determined. A list of technological competencies has been established, the development of which will contribute to the growth of the competitive advantages of foreign economic activity of promising specialization in the region under consideration. |
