| Description: | The author of the article identified the challenges of modern society contributing to the transformation of the family institution connected with the social and economic situation in the society. The article is devoted to pedagogical understanding of the educational potential of the modern Russian family. The article reveals the concept of «parental competence» as the most important task of biosocial mission of the person. In the analysis, the author proves that understanding and acceptance by the parents of value of their experience, need of self-development, achievement of greater efficiency in the educational activity are the basis of their effective educational activity, and, therefore, of the development of parental competence. This article is intended to identify the presence and the level of parental competence among parents of elementary school students. The author reveals the relationship between the level of parental competence and perfectionistic attitudes among parents and children. Such a view would be of interest to specialists in the field of education and training, namely, to school teachers, class teachers, teachers of additional education in the modeling of effective interaction between family and school. The purpose of this article is to identify the content and the structure of the concept «parental competence» as a driving force of interaction between a family and educational institutions. Methodology: A systematic approach (V.P. Bespalko, S.A. Mavrin, N.V. Kuzmin, V.A. Yakunin, A.I. Pri-gozhin) which allows to consider the interaction of teachers and parents as a multi-compo-nent and multi-level system; Competence-based approach (O.E. Lebedev, G.N. Serikov, A.S. Hutorskoy) which clarified the content and structure of the concept of «parental competence»; Activity approach (N.A. Leontiev, A.V. Petrovsky, S.L. Rubinstein, V.V. Serikov). Автором статьи выявлены вызовы современного общества, обусловливающие трансформацию института семьи, связанные с социально-экономической ситуацией в обществе. Статья посвящена педагогическому осмыслению воспитательного потенциала современной российской семьи. Статья раскрывает содержание понятия «родительская компетенция» как важнейшей задачи биосоциального предназначения человека. В результате анализа автор доказывает, что осознание и принятие родителями ценности своего опыта, необходимости саморазвития, достижения большей эффективности в воспитательной деятельности являются основой их эффективной образовательной деятельности, а, следовательно, развития родительской компетенции. Данная статья призвана выявить наличие и уровень родительской компетенции у родителей учащихся начальной школы. Автором выявлена взаимосвязь между уровнем родительской компетенции и перфекционистскими установками у родителей и детей. Такой взгляд будет интересен специалистам в области воспитания и обучения, а именно, школьным учителям, классным руководителям, педагогам дополнительного образования в моделировании эффективного взаимодействия семьи и школы. Цель статьи: выявить содержание и структуру понятия родительской компетенции как движущей силы взаимодействия семьи и общеобразовательного учреждения. Методология: системный подход (В.П. Беспалько, С.А. Маврин, Н.В. Кузьмина, В.А. Якунин, А.И. Пригожин), позволяющий рассматривать взаимодействие педагогов и родителей как многокомпонентную и многоуровневую систему; компетентностный подход (О.Е. Лебедев, Г.Н. Сериков, А.С. Хуторской), в рамках которого уточнено содержание и структура понятия «родительская компетенция»; деятельностный подход (А.Н. Леонтьев, A.B. Петровский, С.Л. Рубинштейн, В.В. Сериков). |
