| Description: | In the article the pedagogical signs of the principles of criminal-executive legislation are investigated. The author uses a method of the comparative analysis of criminal-executive legislation, and also analysis of the practical activity of public formations and their participation in the process of the correction of those condemned. Analyzing the principles of criminal-executive right, the author separates principles with the pedagogical signs. Uniting the process of the correction of those condemned with the realization of the pedagogical principle of the connection of the instruction of that condemned with the life, with the practice of the development of society, reveals its content and is investigated its practical application based on the example to the activity of regional public organization «School of farmers». The author comes to the conclusion that in the implementation investigated principle is erected the following technological chain: instruction – practice – result is internal – result external. All this, in the totality exerts the converting influence not only on that condemned, or on the society and the state В статье исследуются педагогические признаки принципов уголовно-исполнительного законодательства. Автор использует метод сравнительного анализа уголовно-исполнительного законодательства, а также анализ практической деятельности общественных формирований и их участие в процессе исправления осуждённых. Анализируя принципы уголовно-исполнительного права, автор выделяет принципы с педагогическими признаками. Объединяя процесс исправления осуждённых с реализацией педагогического принципа связи обучения осуждённого с жизнью, с практикой развития общества, раскрывает его содержание и исследуется его практическое применение на примере деятельности региональной общественной организации «Школа фермеров». Автор приходит к выводу, что при реализации исследуемого принципа выстраивается следующая технологическая цепочка: обучение – практика – результат внутренний – результат внешний. Всё это в совокупности оказывает преобразующее воздействие не только на осуждённого, а также на общество и государство |
