| Περιγραφή: | In this article the author reviews some thesis of tactical decision in context of selection problem and application of tacticalcriminalistical measures. As methodological basis we use such thesis as tactical decision is a decision of tactical influence on different object which is realized with using of tactical strategies or criminalistical measures and methods. The author gives conception of tactical decision as intellectual process of an investigative officer and its result. The author offers notion of tactical decision, which is analysis of features of tactical influence object and existed factors of application of possible tactical strategies, other tactical criminalistical measures according to proposed tactical problem. This offer is based on fact that tactical problem is determined with investigative action and special criminal proceeding and criminalistical methods. The author concludes that tactical decision is a method of updating of investigative actions, which is a search of effective tactical-criminalistical measures due to criminalistical purposes and aims of an investigative action in a special situation. |
