| Description: | The paper describes and analyzes the factors that influence investment and innovation processes in the Russian economy. The author states that in today''s world economy, advanced technology is coming to the fore. In order to be competitive in the global economy, it is necessary to modernize the economy with an emphasis on the development of technological industries. Structural adjustment of the Russian economy requires identifying priority sectors, application of economic optimization methods, and taking into account the specific features of the Russian economic development. Problems that affect the transition of the Russian economy to a new innovative path of development are identified. State influence on the process of innovation investment and its role in the economy are discussed. Having studied the institutional environment the author reveals the institutions which will help move the Russian economy to an innovative path of development. The study of the structure of investments in fixed capital helped the author to identify the main problem areas of the Russian economy. The paper states the necessity to use tax incentives and preferential crediting for innovative industries and notes the peculiarities of the development of the Russian economy which must be taken into account during planning and development of the national innovation system. В статье рассмотрены и проанализированы факторы, влияющие на инвестиционно-инновационные процесс в российской экономике. В современном мире передовые технологии выходят на первый план. Для того чтобы быть конкурентоспособными в мировом пространстве, необходима модернизация экономики с акцентом на формирование и развитие технологических отраслей. Выявление приоритетных отраслей, применение методов, способствующих оптимизации влияния того или иного фактора на экономику и учет особенностей экономического развития российской экономики позволят произвести структурную перестройку. Выявлены проблемы, препятствующие переходу российской экономики на инновационный путь развития. Рассмотрено влияние государства на процесс инновационного инвестирования в экономику и его роль в данном процессе. Изучение институциональной среды позволило определить основополагающие институты, создание которых позволит перевести экономику на инновационный путь развития. Проведенное исследование структуры инвестиций в основной капитал и ее основные источники выявило проблемные зоны экономики России. Отмечается необходимость применения налогового стимулирования и льготного кредитования инновационных отраслей экономики, отмечены особенности развития российской экономики, которые необходимо учитывать при формировании национальной инновационной системы. |
