| Περιγραφή: | The main cause of the weather & climate anomalies is the fluctuations of the general quantity of ozone in the atmosphere. These fluctuations are caused by the emission of the deep gases (hydrogen and methane), which destruct ozone, and the variations of the geomagnetic field, which increase the concentration of ozone. The positive ozone anomalies cool the troposphere and create anti-cyclones (dry, heavy and slow moving air masses). The negative anomalies warm up the air and create the cyclonic masses with law pressure. The closest anticyclones could move to that area bringing with them the anomalous temperatures, sometimes very high and sometimes very law. In my article, I have used ozone algorithm to explain weather anomalies in March-May, 2014. For this purposes I have compared the monthly average results given by Roshydromet with average maps of the ozone anomalies in the Northern hemisphere. The comparison showed a high convergence of the results data Hydrometeorological Center of Russia and ozone maps from the Environment Canada''s World Wide Web Site. My proposed model of degassing mechanism of ozone depletion is well explained natural disasters such as extreme frost in the United States, forest fires in Siberia, floods in the Balkans and in the Altai. This very model has allowed me to explain the infamous explosion at the mine in Turkey. I emphasize the fact that particular danger to health is sunbathing in the days of high ozone danger, but no one in Russia is concerned about the health of the population, and no one warns people about the dangers of ozone. I also pay attention to the impact of natural disasters on the rise in social tension and the occurrence of social conflicts. Главная причина погодных (и климатических) аномалий флуктуации общего содержания озона (ОСО) в атмосфере. Причины этих флуктуаций эмиссия глубинных, разрушающих озон газов (водорода и метана) и вариации геомагнитного поля, увеличивающие концентрацию озона. Положительные озоновые аномалии выхолаживают тропосферу и формируют антициклоны сухие, тяжелые и малоподвижные массы воздуха. Отрицательные аномалии разогревают воздух и формируют циклонические образования с пониженным давлением. Сюда могут сдвигаться ближние антициклоны, принося аномальные температуры, как высокие, усиливая потепление, так и низкие, вызывая резкие похолодания. В зоне контакта разнознаковых аномалий ОСО формируются опасные метеорологические явления воздушные вихри, ливневые осадки, вызывающие наводнения. |
