| Περιγραφή: | The presented survey covered 147 students of the Academy of Physical Education in Biala Podlaska and denoted the efficiency of the schedule and in particular the way of teaching and developing of motional skills influence the process of sensomotor coordination. There also has been defined the correlation between research test results and educational process results, students marks being efficiency measures of sports and theoretical classes. The research was based on hypothesis of high capacity of human body to adapt to required motional activities range. Dynamics of adaptation depends mainly on type of impulses that reach our senses and then central neural system to be transformed then, what makes basis for developing sensomotor coordination. |
