| Description: | The article discusses the practical aspects of evaluation and analysis of the competitiveness of the regions of the Russian Federation on the basis of the dynamic approach. It is shown that the region’s competitiveness includes social and economic aspects. In this publication the choice of the key indicators that reflect the social and economic development of the regions of the Russian Federation. The article suggests the mathematical model that allows for rapid assessment of competitiveness of industrial clusters. The Author has carried out approbation of the dynamic method in the course of evaluation of the competitiveness of regions of the Russian Federation for the period from 2009 to 2011. В статье рассматриваются практические аспекты оценки и анализа конкурентоспособности субъектов РФ на основе динамического подхода. Показано, что конкурентоспособность региона имеет социальные и экономические аспекты. Обоснован выбор ключевых показателей, отражающих социальное и экономическое развитие субъекта РФ. Предложена математическая модель, позволяющая осуществлять экспресс-оценку конкурентоспособности территориально-производственных комплексов. Осуществлена апробация динамического метода в ходе оценки конкурентоспособности субъектов РФ за период с 2009 по 2011 г. |
