| Description: | Создание и поддержание благоприятного социально- психологического климата в коллективе является одной из первостепенных задач в управлении персоналом. В статье представлен анализ социально- психологического климата в коллективе на примере подразделения ООО «Газпром Трансгаз Екатеринбург». Автором проведены исследования с использованием современных психолого-диагностических методов, на основе полученных результатов разработаны основные направления улучшения социально- психологического климата в коллективе. Creating and maintaining a favorable socio-psychological climate in a team is one of the primary tasks in personnel management. The article presents an analysis of the socio-psychological climate in a team using the example of a division of Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg LLC. The author conducted a research with the modern psychological, diagnostic and sociological methods applied. Based on the results obtained, the main directions for improving the socio-psychological climate in the team were developed. |
